If we Pagans, who worship many idols once in a day, are proud of idolatry; then why Muslims, who worship one idol at least five times a day, are ashamed of accepting themselves are idolaters?

COMMENT:
The idol worshipped by Moslems is of course "invisible" but has all the characteristics of a stone or clay idol: it demands blood sacrifice. It has iron-clad demands. It cannot be approached except through a priest--in its case, a lone priest--the only one who has heard its strictures and commands, although through a third entity. I leave it to you to supply the name by which this idol is addressed. lw.
